Jennifer Santos, a freshman striker on the women’s soccer team at Washington Adventist University, was born in Washington D.C. but is a proud Latina originally from El Salvador. Majoring in Nursing, the balance between athletics and school is a challenge but she loves playing soccer and has been playing it her whole life “Soccer is a huge part of my life and it has made me a better individual. My goal is to make it somewhere, maybe go professional next to Alex Morgan or Mallory Pugh. Her favorite food she says is anything pasta, and on her free time she loves to stay active and “meet new athletes’ day after day.”
